We are proud to offer a very simple and transparent service – you only pay for time on site at highly competitive hourly rates, with absolutely no hidden charges – no travel charges, no mileage charges, no first hour premiums, and no management fees. Call out charges apply only at weekends or bank holidays, and then only if an engineer attendance is required.

We provide a genuine 24/7/365 service using local tradespeople in all areas, thereby offering a hugely responsive service whilst maintaining a minimal carbon footprint.

We firmly believe that it is our responsibility to tailor our service to match your requirements, and to make your role managing your portfolio as easy as possible. We can accept work instructions via email, phone, fax or text to suit you, and you will always receive an acknowledgement within 1 hour, safe in the knowledge that your work request has been dealt with.

We do not operate a call centre environment – all of our personnel are professional, friendly, efficient and courteous, and all possess good buildings’ knowledge. Even out of hours, our phones are manned by one of our directly employed staff, ensuring continuity of service at all times.
