Does Panda cover all trades in all areas?

Yes, we have never yet had a work request from a client that we couldn't complete – and over the years we have had some very strange work requests ! We have client sites in very remote parts of the UK and Ireland so will always have the right people in the right places.

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE 

We carry out Reactive Maintenance across all trades in all geographical areas of the UK and Ireland. What’s more, we offer a response of 4 hours to 5 days with no additional premium for emergency attendance – all we ask is that you gauge the severity and impact of any fault before invoking a rapid response.

We only charge for time on site with absolutely no hidden charges for travel, mileage, first hour premiums or management fees. All attendances are supported by a signed and timed Service Report Sheet on which we base our invoicing. All hourly rates for all trades are pre-negotiated, and any works likely to exceed a pre-defined spend limit are only undertaken via quotation approval – thereby giving you complete peace of mind.

We have had many interesting reactive maintenance challenges since trading began, but we have never failed to fulfil a work request !
